You are being asked to send money to a company on the other side of the world for goods you have not seen. The least we can do is publish who we are in a form you can verify independently, in two public registers, before you commit to anything.
Which entity signs depends on the structure we agree. Both are real, both are registered, and both are listed here with the numbers you need to look them up.
Because the work happens in two places. Buying, inspecting and shipping happens in China and needs a Chinese company. Importing into the European Union, holding the responsible person role and invoicing an EU client needs a company established in the Union. One entity cannot do both, which is why most of this industry only does one.
The Latvian company is in the Latvian commercial register, and its VAT number can be checked in the European Commission's VIES system. The Chinese company is in the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System at gsxt.gov.cn, searchable by its USCC. Both numbers are on this page — please use them rather than take our word for it.
We are not an office business. Our physical presence is warehouses and staff in Guangzhou and Yiwu, which is where anything that matters actually happens. Meetings are online, and if you are visiting China we would rather show you the warehouse than a meeting room.
Not on a website, and you should be wary of any supplier who publishes them. Payment details are issued in the contract and on the invoice. If you receive a message claiming we have changed bank, do not act on it — call us on a number you already had.
Describe the product and the volume. We come back with a workable structure, a quote including landed cost, and an honest lead time — or with the reasons we would not take it on.
