Services · China and the European end
Eight things we do. They fit together into one flow from a product idea to goods cleared in Europe, but none of them requires the others. If you already have a factory, start at inspection. If you already import, start at compliance.
Each has its own page with the detail: how it runs, what you get and what we need from you.
Not sure which you need? Describe the situation instead of picking a service. Half the value of a first conversation is working out what the actual problem is.
Describe the situationNone of these services works remotely. Vetting a factory, rejecting a batch, forcing a rework or checking that carton twelve matches carton one — all of it requires people standing in the building.
That is why the list starts with warehouses in Guangzhou and Yiwu and a Chinese company you can look up, rather than with a menu of packages.
Yes. Plenty of clients already have a factory and only need inspection before shipment, or already import and only need the responsible person role. We are equally happy taking one link or the whole chain — what we do not do is insist on bundling.
Both models exist and we are explicit about which one applies. When we buy the goods and sell them to you, our margin is inside the price and you see a single figure. When you buy directly from the factory and we provide control and logistics, we charge a fee for the work. What we do not do is take a margin on the goods while calling it a service fee.
A short brief, a shortlist of factories with real quotes, samples, then a pilot batch inspected before it ships. That sequence exists so that both sides find out early whether this works, on a volume where a mistake is survivable.
Describe the product and the volume. We come back with a workable structure, a quote including landed cost, and an honest lead time — or with the reasons we would not take it on.
