How do we pay?
Directly to our Chinese company, Hainan Silent International Trade Co., Ltd, in USD or CNY. The contract is with that entity and the goods are shipped from China to you — a straightforward international purchase with no third jurisdiction involved.
Which port and which airport?
Sea freight normally goes into Jebel Ali, the main container gateway for the region. Air goes into Dubai. Onward delivery to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah or elsewhere in the Emirates is part of the quote rather than an afterthought.
Can you produce under our own brand?
Yes, and for many UAE businesses it is the more interesting half of what we do. Hotels, restaurant groups, retailers and fit-out contractors regularly end up buying the same catalogue items as everyone else. Producing to your own specification, with your packaging, changes the economics of a category.
Do you inspect before shipment?
Always, if we are supplying the goods — and on request if you have your own supplier. The batch comes onto our warehouse in Guangzhou or Yiwu and is checked against the specification before it is loaded. Distance makes this more valuable, not less.
What sort of businesses do you usually work with here?
Hospitality and food service, retail and wholesale, salons and clinics, interior fit-out contractors and online sellers. What they have in common is buying repeatedly from China and needing someone at the other end who is accountable rather than merely responsive.
